The QAL - Society for Quality Assurance in the Agricultural and Food Industry mbH is an accredited control and certification body that carries out around 30,000 certifications and controls every year from the farmer to the shop counter. Currently, over 50 different product certifications, such as QS, GQ - Bavaria, Öko/Bio, KAT, are processed across the entire feed, agricultural and food industries as well as in retail. With the subsidiary QAL Umweltgutachter GmbH, certifications are carried out in the areas of energy, environment and quality management as well as in the area of sustainability, for example for sustainable corporate management or sustainable biomass, and EEG reports are prepared for, among others, biogas plant operators.
